A simulator of real machines that simulates something else as well: growing a company on your own, one contract at a time, with no partner anywhere on the site.

A licensed cab, pocket-sized

You take the controls of the Liebherr LB 28, the new machine in this version, built to raise bridges, and the view that opens up from that seat is what the game calls immersive cab view — the kind of feature that normally demands a desktop computer, squeezed here into a phone app.

The city is called Neustein, and the map splits into three districts — a village, an industrial area and a modern urban centre — spread across ten square kilometres. More than fifty licensed vehicles from real brands such as Caterpillar, CASE and Bobcat work their way through them. There are more than seventy contracts to take on, from paving roads to building and renovating houses, each one paving the way to the next vehicle.

The game comes from the studio Astragon, with StoreRider handling distribution. It arrived on 18 June 2026, a direct sequel to Construction Simulator 2.

Alone in the cab, alone in the company

The listing itself files the game under simulation, exploration and city building, always for a single player. Anyone who enjoys running a site alone — vehicle after vehicle, contract after contract, deciding on every piece of equipment that goes up without answering to a soul — finds exactly that in Construction Simulator 3, with no half measures. Anyone after a partner to share the site will look for that entry on the listing in vain: here the company grows, and the Neustein skyline changes, at the hands of one person.
